With a wealth of leadership experience at Microsoft, Oracle, and the University of California, Berkeley, Molly Kihanya’s unwavering passion for serving others drives her coaching and consulting practice. Specializing in one-on-one coaching, team coaching, and consulting, Molly empowers clients to discover their true potential, finding purpose and joy in both personal and professional aspects of life.

Molly is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She also holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development.
